Free Standard  shipping on Orders of $180 CAD and above  in Canada and USA.

Free shipping is Standard Shipping. 

Please allow 1-3 business days to pack and ship your order. Note that delivery timeline does not include processing time.

 SHIPPING time depends upon the Type of Delivery(REGULAR , EXPEDITED & EXPRESS)you choose. 

We ship via CANADA POST,USPS (USA ONLY) ,UPS, PUROLATOR . You ll receive an confirmation on your method of contact when we ship your package along with tracking number. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information and  Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your delivery email. Claims made after 10 days cannot be refunded or replaced.

Returned packages by carriers to us

if for any reasons parcel return back to us then you have to pay for shipping charges again to ship it back to you. It would be of any reason you provided wrong address or you did not pick up it from post office between given time frame( usually 15 days)
